Hotel Policies

Booking Confirmation

All reservations require a valid Bio data such as name,phone number and eamil for guarantee. You will be booked when you visit the hotel. A confirmation email will be sent within 2 minutes of booking.

Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available up to 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged the first night's room rate. No-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.

Modification Policy

Reservation modifications are subject to availability and may result in rate changes. Please contact our reservations team at least 24 hours in advance to make changes to your booking.

Group Bookings

For groups of 5 or more rooms, please contact our customer care department for swift booking and policies.
